Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Put strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a blender
Mix until it's smooth
Put the mixture in a shallow dish and freeze it for four hours, stirring it every now and then until it gets firm
