Ingredients:
- 1 gluten-free pizza crust
- 1/2 cup dairy-free pesto sauce
- 1 cup dairy-free mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions:
Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C
Put the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it
Use a little olive oil to cover the crust
Put the dairy-free pesto sauce on top of the crust, leaving a little space around the edges for the crust
Cover the pesto sauce with the dairy-free mozzarella cheese
On top of the pizza, spread out the black olives, torn basil leaves, minced garlic, halfed cherry tomatoes, and red pepper flakes if using
Add pepper and salt to taste
Let it bake in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese melts and bubbles
Let the pizza cool down for a few minutes after taking it out of the oven before cutting it
